About Us

Diamond Luvan, founder and owner of iKHONICS, has dedicated his life to the game of basketball — not just as a coach, but as a builder of athletes, leaders, and culture.

His passion for basketball was born at a young age, introduced to the game by his grandfather KHON and his mom Vanna. The lessons learned in those early days — discipline, resilience, and love for the grind — became the foundation for what would evolve into the iKHONICS philosophy.

With over a decade of AAU coaching experience, Diamond has developed a reputation for producing fundamentally sound, high-IQ players who compete with heart. He led a team of 2023 graduates through the Team Iowa system which 7/9 players got offers to play at the collegiate level.  He is currently developing elite talent within his 2027 and 2033 groups. His training style reflects both intensity and precision, driven by core values of purpose, accountability, and relentless effort.

More than a coach, Diamond is a proud girl dad — and his two daughters have become some of the most elite shooters in their class, trained under his eye from day one. Their growth is a direct reflection of his commitment to individualized development and technical excellence.

One of his most cherished moments as a coach came in 2022, when his 2027 team not only completed an undefeated season but also took home the GRBA Division 1 AAU State Championship — a crowning achievement built on years of chemistry, preparation, and belief.

Through iKHONICS, Diamond continues to empower the next generation of athletes — on and off the court — with a vision that blends elite performance training, mentorship, and a culture of purpose-driven work.

We’re proud to have Coach Dallas Hodges on the iKHONICS team — a Cedar Rapids legend who’s back where it all started, giving back to the community that raised him.

Inducted into the Washington High School Hall of Fame in 2020, Coach Hodges made his mark as an All-State basketball player in 2003, known for his leadership, skill, and basketball IQ.

Now, after years of experience both on and off the court, he’s returned to the game — and he's bringing that same intensity and passion to developing the next generation of hoopers.

 Coach Hodges brings elite-level IQ, on-court leadership, and a true mentor’s heart to our team. His presence is a game-changer — for iKHONICS and for every athlete who gets the chance to train under his guidance.

Olivia Pikokivaka's primary focus will be directly at our youth players.  Her passion is to develop young players to become fundamentally sound and also to mentally prepare them for the next level in their lives.  

Played under a Jefferson program led by Iowa State Championship Coach Larry Neimeyer for 4 years at Jefferson from 2000 - 2004. She has been coaching for the past 15 years in both volleyball, basketball and golf for 2 years. 

Ashley does not need an introduction, as she has been in the Cedar Rapids basketball scene for quite sometime as a former standout player at Cedar Rapids Washington and with 2 daughters playing AAU basketball for Kingdom Hoops out of Des Moines.  Ashley has coached at All Iowa Attack and is currently the Assistant coach for Prairie High School Women's Basketball which she help lead to a very successful 16-5 season!!  Ashley will have a huge role on our team as she will be working hard with our elementary, middle and high school female players.
